We at Nuvoco continuously strive to deliver better value to our customers and in our endeavour to do so, we announce, “Dream Home Celebration Scheme” (DHC), a consumer promotion scheme commencing for our Individual Home Builders (IHB) from 5th March, 2022 to 5th June, 2022, subject to certain terms and conditions*. Concreto is a premium slag cement with 5 star advantages viz. Super Strength, Best Freshness, Lightest Colour, Superior Finish an Assured Quality. Zero M IWC+ is a specially designed liquid integral waterproofing compound with modified polymers, enhancers and plasticizers which protects your house from Corrosion, Cracks, Plaster Peeling adds Strength and Improves Workability. Under the DHC Scheme, every IHB shall on purchase of every 100 bags of Concreto cement (CTO) be eligible for 1 assured gift of 1Litre of Zero M Water Shield IWC+ (Zero M IWC+)and subject to fulfilment of certain terms and conditions also become eligible to win Gold Voucher(s) upto worth 1 Lakh Rupees. *The terms and conditions are as follows:- 1. “Dream Home Celebration” is a Consumer Promotion Scheme meant for end users who buy Concreto Cement only. 2. The IHB/Participants hereby agree and understand that this is merely a promotional scheme and shall not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be construed as a discount control mechanism. Nothing herein compels, directs, obliges, coerces any dealer, retailer and end user to buy Concreto Cement or Zero M IWC+ from NVCL. 3. Offer is valid only for the States of Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Odisha only. 4. This scheme is applicable on purchase of every 100 bags of Concreto Cement only and is valid from 25th February,2022 to 25th May,2022. Offer must be availed during the said period only and shall not be extendable beyond 25th May,2022. However, Nuvoco shall be at its discretion to withdraw, extend or re-launch the same scheme at any point of time without any prior notice at its sole discretion. 5. This scheme is applicable on a minimum purchase of 100 bags of Concreto Cement. 6. On purchase of every 100 bags of Concreto Cement, IHB shall be eligible for an assured free gift of 1 Litre Zero M IWC+. The said free gift is not redeemable /exchangeable in any other product form or cash. 7. All the products shall also be available individually to the Customers without offer and the Customer shall be entirely at discretion to choose the quantity of products to be purchased. 8. The participation of all IHB in the scheme is purely voluntary. However, upon participation, IHB shall also become eligible for a luckydraw, subject to fulfilment of following criteria:- a. The respective Dealer/Retailer from whom such purchase is made issues a duly filled Dream Home celebration (DHC) Sales receipt in the name of the IHB; b. The Sales Receipt shall bear a registered WhatsApp mobile number of the IHB and the Dealer/Retailer uploads the scan copy of the Sales Receipt in Maitree/Milan App to complete registration pr cess of IHB; c. Followed by such registration process, IHB shall receive a verification call from Nuvoco Team in order to complete the enroment of IHB; d. The sales Receipt shall also carry a Nuvoco WhatsApp mobile number; e. Upon verification call, the IHB shall subsequently be required to upload 2 photographs from its registered WhatsApp mobile number(one selfie with ongoing construction and one photograph of the ongoing construction only) on the Nuvoco WhatsApp mobile number; f. Only registered WhatsApp mobile number of IHB as uploaded by Dealer/Retailer shall be regarded as valid number and uploads made from any other unregistered number shall not be considered as a valid entry; g. In case of any discrepancy in the registered WhatApp mobile number, the IHB will be required to ask the Dealer/retailer to correct the number Sales Receipt and upload the same again on Maitree/ Milan App or the IHB has to WhatsApp the photos from the registered number mentioned in the Sales Receipt only; The Nuvoco Team shall not be responsible for any technical or any other reason for not uploading the photographs from IHB end. h. Post announcement of the lucky draw results , the lucky draw prize will be handed over the winner(s) upon physical verification of the contestants by Nuvoco personnel; i. All participants shall be required to retain the copy of Sales Receipt as a proof of participation and produce the same along with the self attested copy of valid identity proof (Pan & Aadhar/Voter Id card) during physical verification by Nuvoco Personnel, for claiming the lucky draw prize (gold voucher). j. The Winner shall be required to produce the documents for physical verification within a week’s time from the date of announcement/receipt of message from Nuvoco Team. Any claim of price after one week shall not be entertained. 9. Nuvoco reserves the right at any time to disqualify any IHB winner at any point of time if IHB failed to fulfil the required conditions and the Nuvoco’s decision in this respect shall be final at its discretion without sighting any reason whatsoever. 10. The lucky draw results shall be announced on monthly basis and upon completion of the physical verification, the winners of lucky draw will be handed over the Gold Voucher by Nuvoco Personnel. 11. Under no circumstances shall Nuvoco and or its directors, employees, affiliates, officers or agents be held liable for any part of the offers. 12. Consumers availing the scheme and registering their registered mobile numbers agree that their participation is subject to aforementioned terms and conditions and that the Consumer has read and understood the same and agree to adhere to the same. 13. No alternative/substitute product shall be offered or madeavailable to the consumers instead of Zero M IWC+, under the said scheme. 14. Nuvoco reserves the right to change the T&C of this scheme, including extending, stopping, cancelling, changing, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at its sole discretion without any liability. No correspondence to this extent shall be entertained by the Company. 15. In addition to these T&Cs, other specific terms may be imposed by Nuvoco from time to time to deal with any unforeseen situation. Nuvoco also reserves the absolute right to change the T&Cs contained herein and, or, any other rules and regulations in respect of the Scheme at any time without any notice, the itinerary, without assigning any reason and without any liability whatsoever. Participants are requested to refer to such other T&Cs, if any, which may be intimated separately as Nuvoco considers fit. However, no obligation is cast on Nuvoco to separately intimate each individual participant with regard to such additional terms and conditions. 16. The participant undertakes to indemnify and keep Nuvoco harmless and indemnified against any loss, damage, claims, costs and expenses which may be incurred or suffered by Nuvoco due to breach of any of the terms and conditions herein contained. 17. Failure by Nuvoco to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. 18. Nuvoco reserves the right to change, amend, modify, suspend, continue or terminate all or any part of the offer at any time without notice. 19. Nuvoco shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, redemption, losses, damage, costs or expenses in connection with or arising from this Scheme. 20. The Company’s decision regarding the same shall be final and binding. 21. Any person taking the advantage of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. 22. In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion scheme, these T&Cs shall prevail. 23. This Scheme is being made purely on a “promotional” basis and participating in this Scheme is voluntary. By participating in the Scheme, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless Nuvoco, and any of its affiliates, employees or agents representing or related to Nuvoco and its services/products. 24. Any dispute relating to the offer or the terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
